LCM Services
HistoSpring has developed internal protocols for acquisition of specific cell subsets and isolation of high-quality RNA and DNA from micro-dissected paraffin embedded or frozen tissue using standard kits.
Many different types of molecular analyses have been successfully performed on cells procured with LCM by our staff, including genomic analyses (such as DNA methylation) and gene expression analysis (i.e., RNA analysis).
